Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 28, 2026
Overview
DMARC Generator ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Data We Collect
Domain Lookups
When you use our DMARC Checker or Bulk Lookup tools, we log the domain name, validation results, and security score to improve our service and provide aggregate statistics. We do not associate lookups with personally identifiable information.
DMARC Report Analyzer
Files uploaded to our DMARC Analyzer are processed entirely in your browser. No report data is sent to our servers or stored remotely.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes.
Rate Limiting
We temporarily store IP addresses in memory for rate limiting purposes to prevent abuse of our API endpoints. This data is not persisted to any database and is automatically pruned every 60 seconds.
How We Use Data
- To provide and improve our DMARC tools
- To generate aggregate statistics about DMARC adoption
- To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
- To understand usage patterns and improve user experience
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Anonymized, aggregate statistics may be shared publicly (e.g., "X% of domains have DMARC records").
Your Rights
You may contact us to request information about what data we hold or to request deletion of any data associated with your use of our tools.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
